Do I have to choose a firmness when I order?

No. Both feels are built into the same mattress. Start with the softer side for more cushion, or flip to the firmer side for a more buoyant feel. Each side covers the full sleep surface.

What is the difference between the 7″, 9″ and 12″ models?

Every model includes a ½″ quilted cover on each side (1″ combined). The 7″ model has 2″ of softer latex, a 2″ HD foam core and 2″ of firmer latex. The 9″ model uses the same latex layers with a 4″ core. The 12″ model has 3″ of softer latex, a 6″ core and 2″ of firmer latex. Our separate all-latex mattress is available in 7″ and 9″ heights only. Is this mattress all latex?

This model pairs natural latex on both sleeping sides with Steady Support HD Foam in the middle. The core is high-density polyurethane foam certified by CertiPUR-US®. If you prefer latex throughout the comfort and support layers, explore our all-latex option.

What is Steady Support HD Foam?

HD means high density. This polyurethane foam core provides a stable foundation for the natural latex on both sides. It is CertiPUR-US® certified for content, emissions and durability. The foam is synthetic; the natural latex comfort layers are separate.

What does CertiPUR-US® certification mean?

The polyurethane foam is independently tested to meet the program's standards for content, emissions and durability. Certification applies to the foam, not the whole mattress, and does not mean the foam is natural or organic.

Which side should I try first?

Try the softer side if you prefer more cushioning around your shoulders and hips. Try the firmer side if you like a more lifted feel. Your comfort preference, body type and sleep position all matter—use your home trial to explore both.

What kind of bed frame can I use?

A stable base helps your mattress support you properly. For a platform or slatted foundation, use firm, unyielding support with slats no more than 3 inches apart. For an adjustable base or an existing frame, contact us to check your setup and review the full support requirements.

How does the 120-night trial work?

The trial starts when the mattress is delivered. Allow at least 30 nights to adjust, then request a return within 120 nights if needed. The mattress must be suitable for donation, with its law tags intact. Optional concierge removal costs $99 per mattress; an early return may incur a $99 convenience fee. Full terms.

What does the warranty cover?
