No. Medium and firm are built into the same mattress. Start with the medium side for more cushion, or flip to the firm side for a more buoyant feel. Each side covers the full sleep surface.
What does “all-latex” mean?
We use natural latex, never blended or synthetic latex. Every comfort and support layer is natural latex. There is no polyurethane foam support core in this model. The cover combines organic cotton with wool cushioning. “All-latex” describes the interior comfort and support layers, not the fabric cover.
What is the difference between the 7″ and 9″ profiles?
The 7″ profile creates a lower mattress surface on the same bed frame; the 9″ provides more overall height. Both are two-sided, with medium and firm natural latex comfort. Consider your frame height, sheets and how high you like to sit when choosing. Explore both profiles.
Is there a 12″ All-Latex option?

Which side should I try first?
Try medium if you prefer more cushioning around your shoulders and hips. Try firm if you like a more lifted feel. Your body type, sleep position and comfort preferences all matter; use your home trial to explore both. Check the firmness label to identify each side, and arrange help when flipping your mattress.
Does it work with my bed frame or adjustable base?
Use a sturdy, unyielding platform or foundation, with firm slats no more than 3 inches apart. This flexible latex mattress can also be used on a suitable adjustable base. Review the support requirements, or contact us to check your setup.
How does delivery and setup work?
Handcrafted to order in California, your mattress ships with its layers already assembled. We send tracking when it ships. Your mattress arrives compressed in a box, with free shipping in the contiguous U.S. Move the box into your bedroom before opening, and arrange help lifting and positioning it. Follow the included unpacking and care instructions. If you need it by a specific date, call us for current timing before ordering.
How does the 120-night trial work?
The trial starts when the mattress is delivered. Allow at least 30 nights to adjust, then request a return within 120 nights if needed. The mattress must be suitable for donation, with its law tags intact. Optional concierge removal costs $99 per mattress; an early return may incur a $99 convenience fee. Full terms.
What does the warranty cover?
Your mattress comes with a 20-year limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects. Coverage, exclusions and support requirements are explained in the full warranty.
What material certifications can I review?
The cotton used in the stretch-knit cover is GOTS certified organic. View the published GOTS certificate. This statement applies to the cotton cover; “all-latex” describes the interior comfort and support layers.
What is the fire barrier made from?
Organic California wool beneath the cover serves as the natural fire barrier. Wool is included on both sides of the mattress.
