Just call our customer service department and we’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for packing your mattress properly for shipping. We can also assist with a mattress concierge pick up. The 120 Night Trial is only for Mattresses.
Do I need to keep the mattress box?

You may wish to keep the mattress box during your free trial, but it’s not required. You can use any sturdy shipping box that is of an appropriate size if you need to make a return or exchange.
How long will it take for my mattress to arrive?

Shipping times will vary based on your location, but it generally takes 7 to 15 days to build and deliver your fresh new mattress.
